Delivery

We are happy to offer Free Shipping for any order above RM150 (Peninsular Malaysia only).

Shipping rates are determined by the cart value of the package. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process.

Malaysia

Peninsular Malaysia

RM150 and above	Free Shipping

East Malaysia

Below RM150	RM20
RM200 and above	RM15

 

Deliveries will take 2 - 6 business days. We do not deliver on weekend and public holidays.

We seek your patience and understanding that all deliveries are at best effort basis due to road conditions/weather and other factors.

Order Processing

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your package.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within Malaysia. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Additionally, some items may be restricted from shipping due to regulations.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and provide a resolution.

Returns and Refunds

If you need to return an item, please review our return policy for information on how to initiate a return. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
