StreamCast Asia Sdn Bhd ("Company") provides a limited warranty ("Warranty") on the products ("Product" or "Products") sold to customers ("Customer" or "Customers").

This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 Months from the date of purchase / invoice ("Warranty Period").

a. In the event of a defect covered by this Warranty, the Customer must promptly notify the Company by contacting our Customer Service department at hello@skullcandymalaysia.my or contact us.

b. The Customer may be required to provide proof of purchase, product serial number, and details of the defect to initiate a warranty claim.

a. During the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product, exchange similar product or issue a refund.

b. The Company reserves the right to use refurbished, reconditioned, or new parts or products in the repair or replacement process.

c. In case of a refund, the Company will provide a refund equal to the original purchase price of the Product, excludes shipping fee.

This Warranty does not cover:
a. Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.

b. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.

c. Damage caused by acts of nature, including but not limited to lightning, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes.

d. Products with serial numbers or labels that have been altered, tampered with, or removed.

e. Consumable parts such as batteries, ear gels, case, or earpads.

a. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, exchange, or refund of the defective Product.

b. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate this Warranty policy at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect the Warranty coverage for Products purchased before the date of such changes.
